Uther the Conqueror by InfernalFinn Uther the Conqueror by InfernalFinn
Uther Pendragon, in conquering regalia. I always liked how TH White mirrored Uther with William the Conqueror. I'm currently reading the Mists of Avalon for the first time and it's nice to get insight into Uther and Igraine's characters for once, though they aren't particularly "canon" with other Arthurian mythos....if there is such a thing as canon in Arthurian legends.

ah well...in short, I like Uther.

comments and crits most welcome.

I like the picture, but not the person in it like you do :P Me and my mates have been playing the Pendragon RPG, and I grew to dislike Uther as he appeared in it. Though it was towards the end of his life, when he started  to think with his dick and pissed off Gorlois.

nice work :) I'm a bit skewed knowing mostly the Merlin version of Uther, but I'm looking into other stories too. Trouble is, I can only see him as Anthony Head lol

Really great. If that red on his face was just a mistake and you can't erase it, then ignore the next statement. If that's supposed to be blood though, then it just looks fake and poorly drawn. But other than that red spot, great drawing! I love it!

Wow, very cool!! the colors look really great. Perhaps some shiny spots (like in the crown) would be a nice touch.
Also watch his left leg... for it looks quite longer than the right one.
Still a very nice piece

aye, the pose is somewhat cramped do to lack of planning, so the legs became somewhat of an afterthought haha. Thanks for your crits :)
