I have (at the request of several enthusiastic friends) become completely engrossed in George R.R. Martin's A Song of Ice and Fire series. My only fear is that as with Harry Potter and Lost: where I was a relative latecomer to the party and able to gorge myself silly on the seemingly endless supply of books/episodes... Inevitably, I will run into the drought that precedes the release of further installments of an unfinished story...and therefore subject to fits of withdrawal and incessant whining. Regardless, it's a world and story that I highly recommend!
it's really good, i like it very much! but i think you should've put a picture behind the knight or maybe darker background, because the colour of the armor is merging a bit with this background.

No matter how the wind howls, the mountain cannot bow to it.
Do you know that feeling when you see something and you just stun and say: "That's it" ? Well, this's one of these pictures And I agree with Thinkerman - this knight deserve some great view ( perhaps on his castle?) Great work!
Maybe just some more work with the eye of the horse. The rest is perfect.
Awesome its finished!! i know what you mean about the series. i say just draw random scenes from the books or even make up new ones. kinda like fanfic for artists

Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article.
In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.
